Hi, I’m Brooklyn.

Movement has been part of my life from an early age. I began training in dance as a child and continued this pathway through to university, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance from London Studio Centre, where I specialised in contemporary dance.

During my training, I discovered Pilates as a powerful method to support and enhance movement practice. What began as a complementary tool quickly became a passion, as I experienced first-hand the strength, stability, and body awareness Pilates can develop.

My relationship with movement deepened further through my own rehabilitation journey. I worked through a long-term shoulder injury involving an inflamed nerve that significantly limited movement and strength in my left arm. Through a considered combination of Pilates and physiotherapy, I rebuilt the strength and mobility of this arm. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the patience, consistency, and care required when working with an injury and recovery.

Today, I am driven by helping clients reconnect with their bodies, move with greater ease, and find joy in movement. I am passionate about supporting people to better understand how their bodies work, build resilience, and see meaningful improvements in their physical capabilities — whatever their starting point.

Why choose me as your instructor?

I approach Pilates as a considered movement practice, one that adapts to you. The focus is on building awareness, resilience and confidence in your movement, helping you understand how your body moves while working towards your goals.

My background in contemporary dance means I work with both precision and adaptability. Sessions are thoughtful and progressive, supporting recovery, performance, and long-term physical wellbeing.
