One-to-one sessions are designed entirely around you, with a strong focus on alignment, technique, and understanding how your body moves. This is a more detailed and focused way of working, giving you the time and space to learn the principles of Pilates and apply them in a way that supports your individual needs. Sessions are particularly beneficial if you’re new to Pilates, returning from or managing an injury, or looking to target specific areas of the body.
For example, we might focus on rotational strength for sports like golf, or improving the alignment of the hip, knee, and ankle to better support running alignment and reduce compensations throughout the body.
Sessions are available in your home or at The Barn Fitness Club, offering a calm and supportive environment to train consistently.
