Really appreciate your expertise and focus on proper technique. You explain and demonstrate each movement clearly which makes an exercise easy to follow and helps me engage the right muscles.
Your support with an offer of hands-on adjustments, reinforces my confidence that I’m doing the exercises properly and with maximum effectiveness.
Since starting, I’ve definitely felt a big improvement in my core strength and general body awareness. Exercises that felt difficult at the start, now feel controlled and purposeful, and I’ve noticed better posture and stability in everyday activities.
